VVT Series/Parallel Question

Currently, both my single coil pups are wired as VT/VT with a three way pickup selector switch (bridge/neck/both) first in the chain.

I plan on re-wiring them with the common VVT method I always see here (still with the three way pickup selector switch first in the chain.) I also plan to add a Series/Parallel switch via a push/pull switch using the attached wiring diagram I found here.

My question is this: Currently, I have the bridge pup configured as RWRP to operate in hum canceling mode when both pups are on full. Can I leave the bridge pup's flipped magnet and reverse wiring as is, or do I need to return it to standard set up to be able to use the Series/Parallel switch?
