Your easiest (though probably not cheapest) option is a pre-wired harness from HAS Sound: http://has-sound.com/harnesses.htm#Bass%20Harnesses
(Knobs and plate are on the Parts page; he'll probably put it all together for you if you ask nice. Stan is an awesome guy to do business with.)
