warick rockbass preamp problem...

Sign in to disble this ad
hi,
the stock preamp in my warick rock bass went bad so i decided to replace it with a bartolini NTBTG 2 band eq one.
i followed the diagram supplied with the bartolini but it does not tell me where to solder the red wires coming from the stock MEC active pickups. i assume they need to be wired to the battery somehow, but im afraid to experiment for fear of frying my new preamp.

anyone have a clue what im talking about? please help.

max.

Just solder the red wires from the pickups to the red that goes from the battery to the preamp.
I did that mod before (NTBT on a Corvette Std)
