Warwick Bartolini Pre-amp hum...

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a used Warwick Corvette I recently purchased, the pre-amp is professionally done with an NTBT-918 Bartolini. Whenever I roll the treble/bass stacked knob up on the treble side, whether it be bass or treble being turned "brighter", the hum gets very loud.

I have not replaced the two 9v batteries as they seem fine, and I would not expect the hum to be from that.

Any help would be awesome...other than the obvious: take it to a tech. =D
