Warwick Corvette FNA Jazzman 5 Seymour Duncan MM5 pickup change

HI there,
I've got a Warwick Corvette FNA jazzman 5 string.
I like the MEC jazz pickup (Neck pup) but don't like the MEC humbucking pickup (bridge pickup).
Was thinking of replacing the humbucking picup with a Seymour Duncan MM5 (3 way toggle switch is installed).
Will it fit, any other suggestions?
