i have an old Warwick FNA and it has the two trim pots on the inside back but i dont know which one does what?

So you shold be able to look at their site for how to adjust the trim pots.
I used to have one of these FNA's ack then, and the preamp burned up. I picked up a spare SD preamp, but at that time the store agreed to take the bass back. |

here are the frequencies
bass cf: 20hz q: 0.67 range: +/- 20db
mid cf: 578hz q: 0.54 range: +/- 9db
treble cf: 6.6khz corner shelving type range: +/- 20db
slap bass boost cf: 83hz q: 1.79 +3db to + 9db
slap mid contour cf: 633hz q: 1.12 -3db to -11db
