Warwick Streamer jazzman nordstrand mm4.2 seymour duncan aero

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi guys,
I need a humcancelling neck jazz pickup for my Warwick Streamer Jazzman 4 string - a good match for a Nordstrand MM4.2

Will the Nordstrand MM4.2 pickup fit into my Warwick Streamer Jazzman 4 string?

and

Will these standard jazz pickups fit into the diagonal neck routing?
And what is your opinion the 'best' match for the Nordstrand MM4.2?

seymour duncan - classic stack or hot stack
nordstrand -nj4se - more lower mids
aero - p4 like a p in a jazz cover

Thanks

Ive narrowed the pickup selection down to the Nordstrand nj4sv neck pickup after being told it will have a similar output to the MM4.2 - which I already own.

BUT - still unsure as to wether these pickups will fit into my Warwick Streamer Jazzman 4 string.
I attatched the measurements from Nordstrand pickups.
Would appreciate your input.
Thanks

FWIW. the "standard" jass pickups fit nicely into my thumb (which has a diagonal placement)

also, I prefer linear humcancelers as opposed to stacked ones, so nordy nj4se's

Still seaching

My Warwick Streamer Jazzman four string has MEC pickups.
One musicman style and one j style at the neck position (diagonally placed).
I have searched for the dimensions of my bass pickups but can't find them.
Im pretty sure the Nordstrands will fit, but confirmation would be appreciated.
Thanks

Yes, they will fit.
Just order the J for the neck position.

I just installed a mm4.2 and nj4 in my jazzman and it's made me a very happy man, I also threw in a Delano sonar 2 band pre, tone monster!
