weird electronic noise when touching the string and pu poles

i get some kind of an electronic noise everytime i happen to have the strings and the pickup poles. its a cort bass with Musicman like pickup, also i get this noise from the bridge coil of both the pickups only!
looks like some kind of a ground loop issue but i cant really point it out to fix it. any ideas?

Whatever it is, it's not a ground loop.

Is your bridge properly grounded?

Use an ohm meter to check the continuity between the bridge and the jack. It should be 0 Ohms. That would be the easiest way.

Not really.
You could probably find one on eBay for $5.
