The Bartolini BA T4 CBC SET is the only one that I know of, but I haven't read too many positive comments about those pickups.
It's been said that even the Epi pickups are closer to the originals than the Bartolini ones. I don't know about that as I don't have any personal experience with those pickups.
That doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing if the original sound isn't what You're after.
With routing the answer is any pickup will fit
