What pot values do I need?

Need to order these in a hurry to have them put in for my gig this weekend. I am running Bartolini P/J pups with an aguilar OBP-1 preamp. I need a volume, and a blend pot.....

Mucho gracious in advance......

If the pickups are humbuckers i would use 500k, if they are single coils use 250k. But with the OBP-1 you may actually use 50k. ill look in my bass with the obp-3 and see what they are...hold on

Yes the bass and treble pots should be 50k, and the volumes should be 250 or 500k. I would use 500k's with any bartolinis as they are very very dark sounding pickups, they may sound muddy if you use 250's.

Thanks a TON man!!!!!

I had my two best basses take a dive this week. I am REALLY hoping it is either a bad pot or preamp (aggie as well) in my flea. I'd hate to have to bury a lane poor.

actually if you look in the p-j bass, if it has the old pots in it it should say what value they are right on the back or the side. it will say something like a "bunch of letters 250" ex:ab10eg250 or something like that. i would recomend testing all the connections with a continuity finder before anything else.

Wire the PUs straight to the jack then you will at least be able to determine if those work. Worst case scenario, you can do a show like that.
