What Preamp is this?

Anyone know what Preamp this is?

It is in a custom bass that I own, that was made in 1989.

The Pickups are EMG.

Is this just a simple older EMG Preamp circuit?
or is this another brand?

There is a seperate Bass and Treble control.

The selector switch on the board says CTS and each can be put on 1 or 2 (similar to the way a EMG BT circuit looks)

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Whatever it is unless theres other components on the other side of that board it doesn't do a whole lot.
