Even if there were only one set of active J's made, you'd get difference responses from different players since there a myriad of other variables involved. For that matter, different responses from the same players with changes in variables.
I personally play a bridge pup only 90% of the time. I rarely play active pups but with an active pup you don't have the common maxed bridge/neck combo to kill single coil hum. |
