Just use a neodymium magnet. The warmth of alnico and the highs of ceramic.
There are other grades of alnico and ceramic also. Alnico 8 is as strong as ceramic 8, but sounds different. Ceramic magnets also have very low inductance due to the lack of metal, as in alnicos.
Neos also have low permeability, since they are similar to ceramic magnets, but they have a low more low end than ceramics.
