What would you do? (with a 1/8th inch output hole)

So I'm in the middle of two bass projects.. one 6 year old warmoth with a bass tremolo and a much less serious SX 5 string fretless bass revamp. Searching the internet for parts for both projects I stumbed upon a dual output jack... this one has a 1/8th hole and 1/4 standard.

http://www.guitarpartscentral.com/dual-jack-plate.html

So then it got me thinking... I could put a kill switch peeking out of the little hole but that would probably be in a bad position. Then I was thinking I could wire some kind of 9volt powered headphone amp through it... which would probably be too hard for me and I would guess eat through batteries fairly quick. Some kind of onboard "effect" on/off switch... maybe a gain boost?

So I'm interested to hear what YOU would do with this jack... LED on/off toggle switch? Cigarette dispenser? I'd like to hear some crazy ideas as well as realistic ideas!

I would just put a switch in the normal position and use a normal output jack but that's me. There are instruments with outboard power sources but they tend to have a connector that's less likely to pull out such as an XLR cable. Check out the "light show" Rickenbackers for an example. Cool stuff can be done but I'm not sure that part is how to do it well.

I would make a little attena - looking thing stick out of it, and tell people that it's for my bluetooth.

Antenna eh? Built in wireless device:?

OH wow that onboard headphone amp thing might be something I will try out. That was one of the ideas I had.. I wouldn't even care if it sounded good its on a SX fretless! I'm going to have to save that link. The price is right for something I'll probably break.

Checking it out more I could even put "Grille" back control plate and maybe get a small speaker in there.

Rig it so it shoots silly string! Prop it up on your knee, aim it at the crowd and BLAPPO! Or put a helium dispenser in and fill up baloons for the kids.
