where to buy '62 stacked knobs?

I tried doing a search but only came up with bits and pieces of info in various threads. Is there anywhere that sells a '62 stacked knob kit where I could buy the pots and knobs all together? If not what individual pieces would I have to buy to do this?

Allparts has the pots and the stacked knobs. Buy 2 pots ,2 sets of stacked knobs.Not sure on price.
