Where to buy plain black five string jazz p/u cover?

I just scored a set of Nordstrand NJ5FS five string jazz pickups on ebay for cheap. Unfortunately, they did not come with covers.

I've googled everywhere, and I can't find five string jazz covers. I do't know if my google-fu is weak, or they aren't normally available to non-builders.

I've sent an email to Nordstrand, but not heard back.

Anyone have a source for bog standard fender five string jazz pickup covers?
