Where to buy an under-saddle piezo pickup??

Hi. I've been looking high and low for an under-saddle piezo pickup wide enough for a fiver. It's for an archtop style saddle, and needs to be about 3" wide. Something like this:

except longer. It'll be blended with a magnetic pup.

Anyone? Anywhere??

How about build your own?

Look at the "Piezo cable". Make it as long as you like!
