Where can i buy the Lakland Preamp/Pickup-System

i am considering to swap the bart-preamp and seymour-duncans in my lakland 55-94 to the new lakland pre/pickup system.

i did some searching but could not find it. where can i buy it?

+1 In the past, they had a nice deal where you could 'trade in' the original Bart pickups and pre to get the new Laklands at a nice price. If you send your bass to them, they will also do a VERY nice set-up, polishing and all around check-up as part of the deal. When I did this, they turned the bass around in less than a week. It was a while ago, so per Nino's advice, give them a call.

unfortunatly i live in germany so sending the bass to lakland is not so easy. i will contact dan lakin.

That would be an expensive shipping bill! I'm sure Dan can just ship the new stuff out to you with no problem.

See if bestbassgear.com will ship overseas. They carry the Lakland Pickups.

And maybe not so expensive to ship if under 4# with International First Class. I have had great success with that.

Is the set in the classified section what you are looking for? I'm not familiar with the lakland models just throwing it out there.
