Where can I find a Curbow tone circuit (PCB assembly)?

Hello all, I just recently acquired an older Cort Curbow 5 string bass with a (seemingly) easily fixable problem. The pc board assembly has been broken, thus no way to use the bass electrically. The board has no solder joints that directly lead the potentiometer wires to it, all clip/slide in via ports in the board and on the ends of the wires. It has two lines of lettering, one reading "funk cortek" and the other reading "MK2". Looking on Bartolini's website, and here, I have found no where to purchase this item. I can't legitimately contact Bartolini because I do not have a fax machine. I simply need a new PC board for the Curbow 5 string electronic system. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
