Where should I take my grounds ? Pic (installing new U Retro deluxe)

Looks like I have a ground from the pickup cavity, from the battery compartment (bridge) , from the input jack, and there is a bare aluminum wire on each pickup that is sheathed in clear plastic. (Is that a ground ?)

Where would you take all the grounds ?

You probably want to make a ground bus: a single wire or terminal that all the grounds are connected to. You then run a wire from the bus to the proper terminal on the jack.
