Ebay is your friend! You may have a hard time finding white 5 string ones though. Hit up Lindy Fralin or Dimarzio too, they might be able to help you out. Another good bet is to see if Carey Nordstrand can source a set for you.

As far as the white knobs I say BLEH! Just get some classic Jazz Bass knobs like the ones on any Fender Jazz. You can get the stacked one from www.basspartsresource.com. Nino uses 'em so he probably has a few as well!

Dood... I'm so with ya on this. I like the look of white pup covers and tried to hunt some down for my burst Tokyo 5 last year. Unfortunately, came up with a big goose egg after trying Sadowsky, Allparts, Warmoth, WD Music, Dimarzio, Rio Grande, and a bunch of parts mfrs. Looks like there's not a lot of love for these in a 5-string version.

DiMarzio won't, I emailed them once because my covers were scratched bad, and wanted new ones from them, they said they do not sell them apart from the pickups. They were very nice in their NO response though.
