Who Can Make a Custom Pickup Surround/ Cover

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm looking at options for my T-40 project, and I'm considering using 2 Strat-style, blade pickups under a custom cover if I can't get any original pickups. They're plenty long enough, and with blades, they would sense the strings just fine.

Now, who out there could I get in touch with to have make a pickup surround? I was even thinking I could do it, maybe just using some pickguard material, or something, but I'm not really sure, as I haven't any tools, but a drill and a Leatherman.

I'd prefer a metal/chromed surround, as it might 'look best' on a T-40, but I'm guessing wood be easiest and cheapest, with plastic being a step 'up' in difficulty to find.

Thanks a bunch TB!
