You might look at Delano.

I am certain if you give Nordstrand an e-mail he would be willing to do it for the right $$$. By the way, Nordstrand pickups are really great. I have Big Singles in my Sadowsky and have used his single coil, hum-canceling, and Stingray style pickups in the past. My experience with ALL of Carey's work has been incredibly positive. I cannot recommend it enough.

I think that both Nordstrand and Delano make such pickups (Delano for sure)

Yup, although I'm hot to replace the guts of my carvin ever since I put together a J with Nords in it.

Also, the carvin neck pickups tend to be wider than average (the 4 string ones are both bridge size)

The Carvin MM style pickups are only available in narrow spacing for 6 string.

I have never heard anyone recommend carvin pickups , most of the people I know who have hard carvins cant wait to get the stock pick ups out.
