Wick Streamer Standard Pope Tone Hammer

Hello,

I have a 1999 Warwick Streamer Standard with a single pup. I am picking up a Aguilar Tone Hammer for a amp. Will be running all this through 2x10 sealed cabs. My question is: I am considering upgrading the bass with a Pope Pre. Volume with pass/active push pull. Stacked bass/treb and stacked low/high mids. Also since I will be using the old input jack hole for the mids pot.. I am thinking of having a Neutrick jack installed.

So where am I going with this, well I am wondering if my troubles would be worth it. I mean with the MEC passive pup and Pope Pre, I am wondering if this will be a good mix with the Aggie amp.

I like the play-a-bility of the bass, so I am not planning on getting rid of it.
