Will swapping out/upgrading PU's alone change my sound? (Ibby SR content)

Hey Guys

I have an 08' SR405, and want to know if I can swap the stock EXF PU's for the Barts that come on the SR505. Will they fit, and will it sound much different using the stock EQ?

Other suggestions?

Subscribed. I'm saving up for a SR375F and was wondering how much these mid-grade soundgears take to replacing the electronics.
