Wiring Diagram if possible

I have a set of Nordstrand dc5 pups...and would like to wire

with 2 volume 1 Blend 2 switches on/on/on

neck
1 volume series/ parallel /single coil

Blend

Bridge
1 Volume series/ Parallel / single coil

Any help would be awesome....Thanks in advance

Ummmmm - two volumes and a blend? Why would you want to do that?
