Wiring for Duncan Design 5 JazzMan pickups

Hi,

I just bought a used set of DD pickups.

It's a 5 string/pole MM pickup with 4 colored wires.
Anyone know where each of these go?

Or have a wiring diagram or link to one?

I can take a pic of it later tonight for better identification.
