sound clips

i have uploaded these clips of my yamaha RBX375 wired passive.

there is a slight "effect" on the tracks, it sounds almost like a reverb. this is not how the bass sounds, i have no clue though as to what has caused this effect.

in all 6 clips, the very first part (about 10 sec. each) is played with a pick. the bass is strung with GHS 3060 black nylon strings.

Sounds very, very good. No idea what caused the reverb in your case, but it's still great.

I just made the same mod to mine. Huge improvement in tone. Those Yamaha pre-amps are terrible.
