Another Cheap Pickup

I want to say first I have a Bassmax Pickup and I love it and I'm not going to replace it.

That being said I saw this thing on E-bay, I have know idea how well it works.
But maybe someone out there with budget issues, or looking for something different will find this interesting.

Looks like the pickup that comes with the Palatino EUB.

Thats a nice price for a pickup that actually sounds good. I've blown 3 times that much on weak, thin sounding pickups.

4 1/2 inches isn't wide enough to fit under both feet of a double bass bridge. and even if it was wider, i think the centre section would buzz against the bass top.

So, only for EUB. Keep the Bassmax.

Don't worry I'm not getting rid of the Bassmax. It's one of the best I've tried so far.
