| Any Rockabilly slap K&K users out there ?
Hi ! I am learning to slap, and it is an incredible plus in my playing.  I used to play the same way with my swing band as with my jazz band.
Anyway, I am using Eurosonics light with the Bass Max, Fishman preamp through a SWR WM12. I am wondering if a fingerboard pickup would make such a huge difference, or if just cutting less highs might be as good.
Are there any slappers using only a Bassmax ?
