Best Performanc Microphone, Amp Head & Seperate Cabinet

I want to external mic. my Bass. Has anyone tried the following external mics. on your Double Bass?: EV RE250 / AMT SP25 / Shure Beta52. Results? Any other preferances?

Also I want to go seperate amp head & seperate 12" cabinet.
I play jazz, mostly small'ish venues so big output is not the issue. The amp head requires 2 seperate independant channels, one being XLR. Any preferances of make?
