broken Realist

Hi there,
I am having some problems with my realist for a while - it sounds thin and distorted, but with a LOT of output. I have another Realist on my other bass, the output is much lower and it sounds fine.
Any suggestions? Did anybody experience similar problems?

I appreciate your help! Thanks!

You have two kinds of Realist. The traditional one (and the regularly produced again one) and the one, which was produced for certain period - with crazy strong signal, also with lot of highs. Forget about this one, or ask David Gage for replacement.

Thanks, I had no idea about this!
