Bummed out!!

I just received my iAmp 500 today and as soon as I unpacked it I heard a rattle coming from within the amp. Something must have jarred loose during shipping. Anyway I called Larry at EA and he was great. Without hesitation he told me to email him some info and he would send a new unit out asap. Great service from these guys already, but I'm bummed that I have to wait a few more days without that great little amp.

Ouch. That's a drag.

But it's good to know EA's customer service hasn't changed a bit.
