Clarus series 1, speakon to 1/4" spkr cable.

I remember having one of these, and they were soft and flexible; not stiff like the CSI 14/2 Speaker cables I have. I can't recall the maker of the AI cable, anyone know?

Didn't AI supply that cable themselves?

I think they did, I just want to know who manufactured the wire.

For runs shorter than a few feet, I would go with a narrower gage wire. I built up a couple speaker cables by cutting up 3-prong power cords after selecting ones that were reasonably flexible. I paired up two of the conductors. The wire isn't super heavy gage, but is sufficient for the length of the cable.

I have a cable I bought from Gollihurmusic here.
It's written "CBI Power Series 16 gauge" on it.
Quite flexible.
14 gauge seems to be the problem with yours. (maybe too thick)
