Do you para-mid?

How many of y'all consider a parametric midrange to be an essential tool for tone, feedback, or both?

I use SWR heads. I have both a Baby Blue and an SM900, both have parametrics. They take a while to really understand, but when you get the hang of them, you realize how important they are. I've been learning recording and mixing over the last couple years, and that's really helped me understand EQ-ing. Works for me.
