The Fishman's input impedance is 10 megohms, which is ideal, while the K&K is 0.92 megohms (920 K) last time I heard.
In my opinion, the K&K's input impedance is a little low.
Some pickups require more than that (like the Fishman).
The Underwood is also more comfortable with an higher input impedance.
I'd go with the Fishman.
On the other hand, there are other choices, like the LR Baggs Para Acoustic DI.

Also has 10 megohms input impedance plus on-board EQ and notch filter.
