| mbx112 vs wizzy 10?
i used to have a very ridiculous but great sounding setup. It was first a GK400rb into a MBX112. Later i got a Markbass LMKII and ran it into it. I used it for pretty much every gig with great results. I did however usually have to roll alot of bass off(40's kay with a realist). Amazingly tho I never blew the speaker or cone running these high powered amps. Unfortunately I had one stolen, and I was in the market for one and am trying to decide between it and the wizzy 10. Funny in the specs that the Wizzy ten is a smaller speaker but weighs a teeny bit more. Anyone ever compared the two? I read that the wizzy 10 is midrangey because of the ten inch speaker, but the mbx112 i always had to keep the bass at about 10 o clock max.
