Question MESA 1x12 Scout Bass Radiator Cabinet for DB

Anyone ever try one of these for DB?

http://www.mesaboogie.com/Product_In...ut-1x12-LG.htm

37 lbs., neo 12" + tweeter, and a 10" passive downfiring radiator speaker, rated 300 watt, 4 or 8 ohms...hmmm

I've got the scout combo it works well for upright it's got a ton of low end and gets pretty loud. The eq is pretty useful too

I recently heard a country/rockabilly bassist playing through a 1x15 Scout combo. Sounded huge and really punched when he slapped. I'm impressed by those combos but the fans are too noisy for small-room/low-volume use IMO. Wouldn't mind checking out the cabs.

Thanks, I was wondering how this extension cab might sound w/ a diff. head like the Acoustic Image Focus 2R III or a Walter Woods.

Do you find the combo's sound deffined w/ upright bass?
