Nady CM 90 Cardioid Condenser Mic... any thoughts?

I can't afford anything really nice right now (not until the DB is payed for), but I do want to mic the DB with something decent at the very least.

There's a good deal on the Nady CM90 condenser and I was wondering if anyone here has ever used it and if they can share thier thoughts.

I plan on using this for live applications until I can afford something better (like the ATM35).
