PA & monitor systems advice

Dunno if this is the right forum for this, but here goes.

I have a semi-acoustic jazz trio with two vocals, double bass, acoustic guitar and keyboard. My PA FOH is Soundcraft EFX8 and M-Audio GSR12 self powered speakers. I have a AI/Coda for my bass. We need monitors primarily for vocals and guitar.

Here are my lo-cost options for 2 monitor speakers, and I'd like yall's take on it.

1) 2 Self powered personal monitors Behringer/Mackie: $340/$500
Behriger B205D $170ea
Mackie SRM150 $250ea

2) 2 Single channel self powered floor wedges with Rolls mixers: $447
Rolls PM351 ($74ea) * 2 = $148
Kustom KPC10MP 50w ($299pr)

3) 2 passive floor wedges + amp + Rolls mixers: $486
Behringer iNUKE NU1000 ($199) 2 x 150w @ 8ohms
Kustom KPC10M ($139pr) 8ohms, 60w rms 120w
Rolls PM351 ($74ea) * 2 = $148
peak

Thanks for the input.
- Mark

I'd go with the Mackies. Just my take.

Personally. I'm using a QSC K8 for my bass and it sounds quite good.
