Price for a Walter Woods MI-100 8??

I have a chance to buy an old Walter Woods, the MI-100 8, 100 watts into 8 ohms, red face, 2 channel. Any idea what a fair price is on these things?

The last one on ebay went for $835 on 12/27/02.
The last one on bassgear went for $550 this month.
Find out if the amp has ever been serviced by Walter and if the bipolar (probably Motorolas) transistors are intact or if they've been replaced
with mosfets (there is a sonic difference imho).
Of course, condition also dictates price but
somewhere in between those numbers seems
reasonable.
