problem with Fishman BP-100

Howdy all,

I recently lived one of my worst nightmares--I had an outside gig at a marina and, while on a break, a huge gale knocked over my bass on its stand while I watched from about 30 feet away. My bridge popped off (soundpost, too, obviously) pickup flew off and I now have a 7-8" crack near my bassbar at the upper bout. I reset the soundpost, did a complete setup, and re-attached my pickup (BP-100,) but at my next gig, I noticed that I had lost significant low-end through my amp, the output appears diminished, and the signal gets distorted easily.
My question is, could my piezo crystals in the BP have broken? My ground wire is very secure. Could the crack by the bassbar be to blame(partially?) Acoustically, it sounds fine. Thanks in advance for any input.
