replace speaker Gallien Krueger MB150s

Hello,

I have to replace my speaker in my Gallien Krueger MB150s
I checked on the internet but the original is not available in Europe
(I tried to order it directly from GK but they don't deliver directly to Europe. I phoned and mailed several times with the distributor in the Netherlands but they also can't get it??)

Does anyone have a suggestion for alternatives?

Thank you for responding,

Marius

What's wrong with the speaker? Perhaps you can have it reconed, or maybe just the surround is worn out. I just replaced the surround on a hi-fi subwoofer at a reasonable price. If the speaker is otherwise okay, it's an alternative.

gk speaker

the speakerfoam is worn out. I spoke to someone that wanted to replace the foam by rubber. Other people say that not a good idea
