Roland ac-60 or 90

Has anyone tried using one of these looks like it may be a cool portable combo for using mic with pickup blend.

I owned an AC-60 for solo acoustic guitar and vocals. Sounded great, but I can't, in my wildest dreams, imagine using it for bass. Speakers are tiny, and just 30w per channel. They do have a subwoofer output, but I'd have to ask, why would one go this route?

I sold it rather quickly. Not enough power for anything more than solo "coffee shop" type gigs. Only one effects processor (not separate for each channel).

Sunney Boy,
I have a close friend who plays guitar and uses the Roland AC 60 for that it sounds great. But IMHO it's strictly a guitar amplifier and wouldn't handle bass adequately. Phil Jones Bass has the Bass Cub 100, it has a two channel system with mic input and it's designed for bass with aproximately the same porportions and weight as the AC 60 and 90. I can't imagine it would work for anything but quieter gigs, duos maybe trios though.
