Schertler Stat-B or Revolution Solo - What to go with?

Ok, here's my situation: Have to get me a pick-up. Try to play as much possible without any amplification or with a mic, but also think it's quite nice to have a pick-up that I get along with also. Thinking of either a Revolution Solo or a Schertler Stat-B kit (got a used one in sight). Does anyone have anything worth saying about the differences in sound and characterof those two (sure that someone do). Have used a realist before, wich was quite god i think (didn't get it to fit well with my new bass though), but it could be better also.. . And when I use an amp it can be whatever kind of bass amp there is.. In that case, is there any advantages in using the Schertler with the pre or the Solo without any pre for example.

Also, to be more specific i use Anima strings and tend to strive for a deep and rich acoustic sound that I want to get as much as possible out of with a PU (as everyone else..).

Hope to get some advice!
