Stat-B or Full Circle? Is Full Circle a improvment?

After many sleepless nights I ordered Full Circle a couple of months ago. ;-) I have never tried it but I read a lot great reviews about the pickup here at TB (I followed the 'Guess Realist or Full Circle' sound clip-thread with great interest and found the FC to be a winner).

Yesterday, two months later the FC finally arrived but now I getting seconds thoughts. I have the STAT-B (the new model with one element) mounted on my bass, I not 100% happy with it but it's not that awful at moderate volumes now when I have learned how to adjust the EQ. Over the time I think I have get used to it.

A couple of nights ago I heard a bass player with the Realist getting a really nice sound, not boomy as I remembered them (but I have never tried them myself) just at great tone.

It will be quite a lot of work to get the FC installed, will it be worth the job? I am 110% happy with the set-up (except the Stat-B) of my bass. Is the FC wrong pickup for me, should I get the Realist instead? I read the some claims that the Realist is not sounding the same anymore (the player I saw had one of the old ones).

A lot of questions there... ;-) I know it's impossible to say without knowing my how my bass sound. Just convince me that the FC will improve my sound (or I send it back). ;-)

I would be happy to hear from someone to tried the Stat-B and FC or has any opions about the pickups.

/ Jan
