small cab for jazz with WT-400

Alright, all this stuff's probably been talked out 100 times, but y'all know your stuff so if you could bear with me...
I play upright, Fender fretless and an acoustic bass guitar thru an Eden WT-400, smaller rooms, mostly quiet jazz gigs, also some folky stuff, western swing.... right now I'm using an Eden 2x10 cab - but it's just 2 much furniture to carry - I'm looking for maybe a 1x12, light, good quality that would match up with the WT and work with the string bass (Gage pickup & tube pre)... I live in a rural area and don't have a lot of chances to try stuff out- I hear names on here, like Bag End, Berg, etc. - any ideas?
thx, Will

On the electric bass side theres a Berg EX112 in the classifieds for a solid deal..... I think you should use that.

Here in Europe the small Hevos cabs are getting popular. Small, light, powerful and high end. I don't think they have distributors in North America though...

I'm happy with my Wizzy 12, even though the 10 gets more attention these days. It replaced my Eden D210T for small gigs.

Check into Raezer's Edge and Henrickson cabs. You'll be glad you did.

I use an eden wt-300 with a euphonic audio m-line wizzy 12. With the Fishman full circle and fdeck's little highpass/preamp box, I get a pretty good sound for jazz/folk/bluegrass. However, for the sound I like, I really have to tweak the eq on the eden, and when double I have to re-tweak to get a useable electric sound. I'm gassing for a 2 channel focus!

I use an Eden 405WT with a Bergantino EX112 for larger band gigs...adding an HT112 if I'm going to double on slab. Works beautifully.

The EX 112 do sound very good for upright as well as electric. I'm also in Vermont and have two of them listed on ebay now if anyone is interested.

I just got the Wizzy 10 and really love it. Highly recommend it for upright, but haven't really played a lot of electric on it yet.

I do still have an EX112 in beautiful condition if anyone is looking. I'm asking $370 plus shipping.

vtbass1, try this forum if you like.

I presume there is an equivalent 'For Sale' forum on the EB side too.

I'm playing similar stuff in one group. Using a LMII with a Aguilar DB112...using a P, a fretless J and EUB. Works great for me. The DB112 isn't a real light weight though...but you can still carry it in one hand.
