| Versatile Pickup and Preamp
Looking for a versatile pickup and preamp for an Engelhardt EM-1. Money is tight, and the bass needs a trip to the doctor soon. Would prefer the preamp be somewhat out of sight when playing as I have a habit of bumping knobs. What kind of pickup and preamp should I get for both pizz and arco playing?
P.S. Would this work well with a GK 400RB-III stack? Or would I have to downsize majorly?
