Walkabout users - what settings you using for your EUB?

I'm particularly interested relative to my WAV4 because for the first time in a while, I've been struggling with settings and getting a decent tone. Without my K&K Pure in between, it's hard to tame the highs. With the K&K or Fishman Plat Pro, the highs can be tamed, but recently it's just not sounding good. I'm generally running the Walkabout gain 12:00, Master 2:00, Low 2:00 Mids off, Hi at almost off and the parametric section completely flat (everything 12:00). WAV4 is running with tone completely off the hi's. When I add the K&K I add a bit more low, keep mids and hi off. I'm not really happy with the tone in either the arco or pizz switch positions. Suggestions?

Interesting. It probably has more to do with your K&K &/or Wav4 than the Walkabout. I run mine flat and it sounds great.

Realist Gage PUP --> Baggs ---> W.A--->Aguilar DB112's. I have to dial a lot of bass out on the Baggs. If anything I find it lacks a bit of openness and clarity in the mids.
