he's here at the moment, singing with the Pat Metheny Group - you missed them in London last night and Brighton tonight - amazing gig, Richard's voice is central to the sound of the whole band, and he plays bass on Bright Sized Life as well as a couple of other tunes...
If I hear that he's playing solo, I'll let you know, but right now, I think he's out with PMG for a few months.
It would be really good if you could keep me posted as to his whereabouts, his mailing list and web-site are useless
just looked at the PMG web-site...no more gigs here for the rest of the year ...and on my birthday, they're in Italy.... typical
